We are requesting applications for a butcher.

We are looking for someone with professional kitchen experience who works clean, is a quick learner, has a positive attitude, and is a collaborative team player. Good knife skills required. Position duties will include butchering, sausage making, retailing, and adhering to food safety protocols, all while providing excellent customer service. Whole animal butchery experience is not required.

We are a small, busy shop, and we work hard to take care of our customers.

$16-20/hr. Staff get an employee discount and team meal during the workday.
